At *NaqashNagari*, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. Please read our refund and return policy before booking an order.
### Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item received is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was delivered.
You must contact us within *48 hours of receiving your order* with clear photos or video proof.
### Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, slight color differences due to screen or lighting, minor production variations, wrong address provided by the customer, used or damaged items, or customized/made-to-order products.
### Return Process
To request a return, contact us with your order details, photos/videos, and reason for return. If approved, we will guide you through the return process.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and safely packed.
### Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed within *7–10 business days*.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.
### Replacement
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
